Healthcare Coalitions are collaborative networks of healthcare organizations and their respective public and private sector response partners that assist with preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation activities related to healthcare organization disaster operations. They are comprised of healthcare-oriented organizations in our communities and center around four (4) core members consisting of Emergency Management Departments, EMS Companies, Hospitals and Public Health.
